They will go head-to-head with Ball So Hard, a formidable team representing Puebla City, Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>St. Kitts and Nevis\u2019 SKN Sugar Boyz, the British Virgin Islands (BVI) Elites from Tortola, and Guyana\u2019s very own Untouchables round off the group. The Untouchables will feature national captain Stanton Rose Jr. and US-based Guyanese standout, Daylon Bovell.<\/p>\n<p>Switzerland\u2019s Lausanne is the highest-ranked team in the tournament, currently holding FIBA\u2019s world No. 11 spot. They are the clear favourites in Group B but will face stiff competition from Renegades, a Guyanese team representing North Ruimveldt.<\/p>\n<p>The Renegades, comprising Travis Belgrave, Harold Adams, Nikkoli Smith, and Dominic Vincente, recently represented Guyana at the 3\u00d73 AmeriCup in Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n<p>Joining them are St. Lucia\u2019s Elite Blazers, Bermuda\u2019s Hamilton, and Quarters United from San Fernando, Trinidad &amp; Tobago.<\/p>\n<p>The Dominican Republic\u2019s Distrito Nacional, based in Santo Domingo, leads Group C. They will take on Georgetown, Guyana\u2019s third team, featuring overseas-based Guyanese talent. Cayman Islands\u2019 Cayman Storm, PSN from Guatemala City, and Team Paramaribo of Suriname complete the group.<\/p>\n<p>Maloney Pacers of Trinidad &amp; Tobago, representing the D\u2019Abadie community, enter as the top-ranked team in Group D. New York Soundview from the Bronx, joins them alongside St. Maarten\u2019s Team Phillipsburg, Ecuador\u2019s Fit Storm, and Grenada\u2019s Spice Boyz.<\/p>\n<p>The tournament will tip off at 10:00 a.m. on the opening day, immediately following a brief opening ceremony.
